These are exciting times for investing in real estate. After a few years of high inflation and rising interest rates, both inflation and interest rates are on the way down again. This in turn has led to a significant increase in transaction volume, and increasing optimism in real estate. <\/p>\n

What does this mean for property values, and what can we expect in the future?<\/p>\n

Kraft Finans invites you to an investor seminar for the third and final share issue in the fund Kraft Eiendomsinvest I AS. This will give an insight into why we believe right now can be a good time to invest in real estate. Over time, the fund has positioned itself against the market recovering. <\/p>\n
