This means that: <\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li><b>Forte Obligasjon<\/b> becomes <b>Kraft Obligasjon<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>Forte Norge<\/b> becomes <b>Kraft Norge<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>Forte Strategisk<\/b> becomes <b>Kraft Strategisk<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The name change marks an important step in the further development of Kraft as a fund provider, and clarifies the connection between the funds and the management environment at Kraft Finans.<\/p>\n<p><b>What does this mean for you as an investor?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>If you are an investor in one of the funds, you do not need to take any action.<\/p>\n<p>The changes:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li><b>No costs<\/b> for existing investors<\/li>\n<li>Does <b>not involve any changes in management philosophy, investment mandate or strategy<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Does not affect how the funds are managed on a daily basis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In other words, the funds remain the same, with the same management and the same investment profile. It&#8217;s only the name that changes. <\/p>\n<p><b>Simplification of share classes<\/b><\/p>\n<p>At the same time, an adjustment is made to the provisions in the fund rules regarding reclassification between unit classes. This is a simplification that: <\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Make it easier to switch share classes when needed<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that the investment is placed in an appropriate and cost-effective class<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Entry into force<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The changes have been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and will enter into force <b>on March 2, 2026<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Updated articles of association, key information and other fund documentation will from the same date be available at <a title=\"http:\/\/www.kraftfinans.no\" href=\"http:\/\/www.kraftfinans.no\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"0\">www.kraftfinans.no.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As part of our overall brand strategy, the Forte funds are now gathered under the Kraft name.
