Forte Norway is an actively managed Norwegian equity fund with a focus on dividend-paying companies.

The fund is managed by Stein Frode Aaseng and is an actively managed equity fund that invests in the Norwegian market. The strategy is based on identifying solid Norwegian companies with sustainable earnings, good financial stability and an attractive dividend profile. The fund is particularly aimed at companies with an established and predictable dividend policy.

Value management

Forte Norway invests in shares and equity certificates listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange or in companies with Norwegian headquarters. At least 90 percent of the Fund’s assets must be exposed to the Norwegian stock market at all times.

The manager carefully assesses the companies’ market position, profitability and ability to generate cash flow, with the aim of identifying companies that can deliver stable and long-term returns. The fund reinvests all income and dividends back into the portfolio.

Strategy – how to create excess returns?

Forte Norge’s strategy is to build a portfolio of companies with high dividend capacity and good capital discipline. The selection is based on fundamental analysis, with emphasis on earnings capacity, cash flow, debt ratio and ability to deliver value creation over time.

Through active management, the Fund seeks to position itself in companies and sectors with favourable framework conditions in the Norwegian market. The Fund tends to deviate from the benchmark index when there are attractive opportunities, and it is adjusted on an ongoing basis based on changes in macroeconomics, company analysis and market conditions.

Our mandate

Forte Norway has a Norwegian mandate with the flexibility to invest in all sectors of the Norwegian economy, as long as the investments are in shares or equity certificates listed on a regulated market in Norway or in Norwegian companies.

The fund is adapted to long-term investors with an investment horizon of at least 5 years. It follows the UCITS regulations, has daily liquidity, and reinvests all earned capital. The fund is suitable for investors who want exposure to the Norwegian stock market, with particular emphasis on companies that can generate high dividend yields over time.
